Understanding your emotions and building emotional intelligence are crucial when it comes to self-help and self-improvement. Whether we like it or not, our emotions are often in the driver’s seat, and our ability to understand and regulate them can be the difference between surviving and thriving.
By learning how to reflect on your emotions, name your needs, and feel your feelings instead of ignoring them.
Through tools and techniques designed to help calm the central nervous system.
By establishing boundaries, working on communication, and addressing conflict when it arises.
And learning how to put yourself in someone else’s shoes, think through their experiences, and understand how they may be feeling in a given situation.
By asking yourself why you want to break free of your barriers – then committing yourself to doing the work it takes to do so.
Sex therapy is much more than learning how to have great sex, although that can often be a result after we take the step to dive deeply into understanding our sexual health and wellbeing. Together we can have safe and judgment-free exploration of what you desire, how to mitigate distress or impairment when it comes to sexual performance and support your sexual relationships.

Before working together, we’ll hop on the phone for a free, 15-minute consultation. This consultation is an opportunity for you to get a sense of my personality and approach to therapy, and for both of us to decide if we are a good fit to work together. If we are not a good fit, this is where I can offer you another resource or refer you to a different therapist who is better suited to your needs.
Everyone has a unique experience in life – and therapy is no different! I don’t believe in quick fixes when it comes to meaningful change, but I do believe in collaborating with my clients to develop a therapy plan that makes sense for their goals, finances, and what is happening in life outside of therapy.
As an Out-of-Network provider, I cannot directly bill insurance providers. I can, however, issue documentation (superbill) for you to make an insurance claim with. I recommend reaching out to your insurance to discuss what options you have when it comes to coverage.
Session Fees are $245 for 50 minute sessions.
I encourage you to think of therapy like an investment in yourself – for the enrichment of your life and your relationships. There’s increased value in working with a solo provider like myself.

Couples therapy begins with a 3-part assessment. First we meet together for 90 minutes so I can learn about you as a couple, your relationship, and your goals for therapy. The second session is split so that I can have 1:1 time with each of you, learning about your background and sharing anything that you were unable to share in the initial session. The third session brings us all back together to further establish therapy goals, discuss your strengths as a couple, and identify areas in need of improvement. From there we develop a therapy plan and session schedule. There is no set time frame for couple’s therapy.
Sex therapy is talk therapy. There will never be any touch, nudity, or demonstration as part of therapy.
Currently accepting clients for telehealth in California and in-person in the Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Century City, West Hollywood, Mid-City, Culver City and the West-Side.
