Before working together, we’ll hop on the phone for a free, 15-minute consultation. This consultation is an opportunity for you to get a sense of my personality and approach to therapy, and for both of us to decide if we are a good fit to work together. If we are not a good fit, this is where I can offer you another resource or refer you to a different therapist who is better suited to your needs.
Everyone has a unique experience in life – and therapy is no different! I don’t believe in quick fixes when it comes to meaningful change, but I do believe in collaborating with my clients to develop a therapy plan that makes sense for their goals, finances, and what is happening in life outside of therapy.
As an Out-of-Network provider, I cannot directly bill insurance providers. I can, however, issue documentation (superbill) for you to make an insurance claim with. I recommend reaching out to your insurance to discuss what options you have when it comes to coverage.

Couples therapy begins with a 3-part assessment. First we meet together for 90 minutes so I can learn about you as a couple, your relationship, and your goals for therapy. The second session is split so that I can have 1:1 time with each of you, learning about your background and sharing anything that you were unable to share in the initial session. The third session brings us all back together to further establish therapy goals, discuss your strengths as a couple, and identify areas in need of improvement. From there we develop a therapy plan and session schedule. There is no set time frame for couple’s therapy.
Sex therapy is talk therapy. There will never be any touch, nudity, or demonstration as part of therapy.
Currently accepting clients for telehealth in California and in-person in the Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Century City, West Hollywood, Mid-City, Culver City and the West-Side.
